Job summary

Alibaba Cloud in Semarang is seeking an Asset Management Lead to oversee the data center's asset ledger, reconcile it with financial records, and ensure ledger-to-physical consistency through regular counts.

The role leads a team, develops asset policies, and coordinates with internal and external audits, while maintaining SLA targets for asset movements and inventory control. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin or local languages are a plus. This position is onsite on business days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate asset management experience.
• Experience leading a team to complete tasks.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to train others.
• Experience participating in enterprise-level asset audits.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin/local languages preferred.
• Onsite work on business days.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and update the data center's asset ledger and ensure ledger-to-physical consistency.
• Ensure SLA targets for asset check-in/check-out work orders are met.
• Ensure asset management processes comply with policies and laws; cooperate with audits.
• Develop and update asset management policies, operating manuals, and emergency procedures.
• Define inventory control policies and storage location plans for units and spare parts.
• Manage onsite vendor team, including performance and training.
