Job summary

Schneider Electric Indonesia is offering a six-month internship in IB Data Management & Validation. You’ll work with a global team to cleanse, validate, and enrich installed base data, verify asset information, and monitor data completeness.

You’ll also contribute to reporting and analytics, maintaining weekly dashboards and presenting insights to stakeholders. Ideal candidates are undergrad students in Science/Engineering/Business, with an analytical mindset, strong Excel skills, and

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Available to intern for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• IB data cleansing, validation, and enrichment.
• Verify asset information: serial numbers, product references, locations, and customer data.
• Identify data gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor data completeness across priority asset categories.
• Maintain weekly and monthly IB tracking reports and dashboards.
