Job summary

A leading e-commerce platform in Jakarta Utara is looking for a Business Intelligence professional to join their team. The role involves partnering with the Regional BD team to enable data-driven decisions and providing actionable insights for senior management. Candidates should have a strong background in data analysis, SQL proficiency, and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL; comfortable working with large datasets.
• Proven ability to apply business context and judgment, beyond data extraction.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Self-starter with strong ownership and communication skills.
