Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a results-driven Management Accountant to join our finance team in Indonesia. The role centers on P&L analysis, financial reporting, and delivering reliable management accounting insights to support branch operations.

You will coordinate with branch offices to prepare and review P&L and expense reports, develop reports using Excel, Power BI, and MySQL, and travel as required to branches for business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Management Accounting, Financial Analysis, or similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Able to adapt quickly and learn Management Accounting systems and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in developing or improving reporting and analytical systems is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including LOOKUP functions and Pivot Tables.
• Proficient in at least one data analysis tool such as Power BI, MySQL, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch offices to prepare daily and monthly P&L reports.
• Review daily/monthly P&L reports submitted by branches.
• Review daily expense reports and monthly expense estimates.
• Analyze and review P&L reports submitted by branches.
• Prepare management accounting reports for management reporting.
• Review and analyze branch cost center reports.
• Coordinate with related departments to support operations.
• Travel for business trips to branches or other cities as required.
