Job summary

A logistics company in Jakarta is seeking a Data Analyst Officer for its Finance Division. You will support the Accounting Division in preparing data for franchise agents' commissions, collect commission deductions, and analyze business strategies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of experience, and strong Excel skills, including macros. This position is based in Pluit, North Jakarta, and the candidate should be able to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a related position.
• Experienced in processing large-scale data using Excel, preferably with macros.
• Strong communication skills to maintain relationships with franchise agents.

Responsibilities

Data Analyst Officer for Finance Division

Supporting Accounting Division in preparing the data for franchise agents commission.

• Collect all franchise agents commission deductions (Claim, Punishment, DFOD, Penalty, and Others).
• Identify and analyze the business strategy, opportunity and risk.
• Prepare, manage and check administration and documentation.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline), with preference in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related majors.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the related position.
• Experienced in processing large-scale data using Excel (preferably those who understand Excel macros).
• Strong communication skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with franchise agents.
• Having good analytical skill, logical thinking, honesty, high integrity and self-motivated.
• Willing to be placed at Pluit, North Jakarta.
• Able to join immediately.
