Go To Group mencari Data Analyst Intern untuk Data Payments yang ingin belajar langsung dari dataset nyata, pelaporan, dan analisis dasar dengan pendampingan tim berpengalaman. Anda akan mendukung tim data dalam pengumpulan, pembersihan, analisis, dan visualisasi data untuk memahami kinerja, tren, dan peluang.

Peran ini cocok bagi mahasiswa/ lulusan baru di bidang terkait, dengan kemampuan SQL, Excel, dan alat visualisasi seperti Tableau/Power BI. Lokasi praktik di Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Sedang menempuh atau telah menyelesaikan gelar di Data Science/Statistics/Matematika/CS/Ekonomi/Analytics Bisnis atau setara.
• Pemahaman dasar konsep analisis data dan metrik bisnis utama.
• Menguasai SQL, Excel/Sheets dan memiliki paparan Python atau R; pengalaman visualisasi dengan Tableau/Power BI/Looker diutamakan.

Responsibilities

• Membantu pengumpulan, pembersihan, dan validasi data dari berbagai sumber.
• Mendukung pembuatan dashboard, laporan, dan visualisasi sederhana.
• Menganalisis tren operasional dan metrik kinerja untuk menghasilkan wawasan.
• Berkolaborasi dengan stakeholder untuk mendefinisikan kebutuhan data dan menjawab pertanyaan bisnis.
• Menghasilkan analisis ad-hoc yang cepat untuk mendukung keputusan harian.
• Menjaga dokumentasi data sesuai tata kelola dan praktik terbaik.

About the Role

We are looking for aData Analyst Intern who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn how data is used to support business decisions. This internship is designed for someone who wants hands‑on exposure to real datasets, reporting, and basic analysis while being mentored by experienced team members.

You will support the data team in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to help teams understand performance, trends, and opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources
• Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and simple data visualizations
• Analyze operational trends, patterns, and performance metrics to generate meaningful insights
• Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements and answer key business questions
• Deliver fast, accurate ad-hoc analyses to support day-to-day team decision-making
• Maintain thorough data documentation while adhering strictly to governance and best practices

What You Will Need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding in data analysis concepts and key business/product metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables), and working exposure to Python or R.
• Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• High analytical acumen with strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to ask questions.

The Data Analytics team serves as the lifeblood of GoPay, continuously supplying data and insights that enable the business to function, innovate, and evolve. Through close collaboration with business and product teams, the team delivers impactful data products such as automated dashboards, reports, alerts, simulations, and foundational customer segmentations that support growth, digital inclusion, and risk and fraud initiatives. Acting as a strategic partner and internal consultant, the team ensures stakeholders have timely, actionable insights for decision-making while driving automation to reduce manual data requests and improve efficiency. With strong technical and business capabilities, the BI team focuses on building scalable workflows and data solutions, including initiatives aimed at helping the company achieve its north star metrics.
