The Data Analyst will initially support the CEO’s office, focusing on strategic projects and decision-making. The role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and presenting insights to the executive team. Over time, the individual will transition into a Functional Analyst role, working with specific departments to optimize operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the CEO’s office to identify challenges and opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and metrics.
• Conduct analyses to solve complex problems and provide actionable recommendations.
• Create clear presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
• Collaborate with departments to understand their data needs for the transition to a Functional Analyst.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to understand organizational operations and goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in data analysis or business analytics roles.
• Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, R, and BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret large datasets.
