Kredivo is looking for Data Analyst Finance to join our dynamic and fast pace team. This role will be do the analyzes to help organizations make informed decision, and use various statistical and analytical tools to interpret financial information.

What will you do :

• Gather, analyze and document detailed business requirements across departments
• Perform data analysis
• Build dashboards and reports using any tools
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Present findings clearly to internal stakeholders if any issues occurs and collaborate with other department to resolve the issues
• Support statistical model development and database optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet analytical needs
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to assess process performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven improvements
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, proactively seeking feedback from stakeholders and making necessary adjustments to processes
• Identify, evaluate, and document existing processes to pinpoint areas of inefficiency and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement streamlined processes that finance closing process

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in tech/IT
• Proficient in SQL, Google BigQuery, and data visualization tools
• Proficient in using Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent in English both Written and Conversation.
