We need somebody that is strong in Data Analyst - Customer Experience in Query & Excel Tools, and maybe you're the ONE!

Job Description :

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets using statistical and data visualization techniques to identify potential risks and trends.
  • Monitor and track key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify emerging risks and trends.
  • Produce comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing risk analysis findings for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to ensure data analytics and customer behavior.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management and data analysis.

Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably with a background in Customer Service analytics (e-commerce, banking, fintech, or related industries).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as SQL (Query) and Python, as well as data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of customer service operations and data workflows is a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to transform complex, large datasets into actionable insights for the CS team.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively generate data-driven ideas and solutions.
