Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our Operation Contact Center team. This role will be responsible for turning data into insights that drive operational decisions and improve performance across our contact center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational performance data, including service levels, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and regular performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Operations, Quality, and Workforce teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Support forecasting and capacity planning activities using historical data.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting, and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (min. 1–2 years) as a Data Analyst
  • Experience working in a BPO as a Customer Service agent is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
  • Familiar with SQL and database management is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and in a fast-paced environment.
