One of our sub Business Unit in Palm Plantation industry (PT. Grand Utama Mandiri) is looking for Data Analyst Assistant Manager role (Site based) with details as follow:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Prior experience in database operations and financial data analysis in Palm Plantation company, with min. experiences 5 years.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Strong abilities with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) to effectively convey findings and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Willingness to be stationed on-site at the plantation, which may be in remote locations.
• A passion for continuous learning and improvement in agricultural practices and data analysis methodologies.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Perform administrative tasks as instructed
• Coordinate all activities related to data collection, monitoring, and identification through data.
• Record and report issues based on data.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding analysis results.
• Be responsible for the tasks performed to the Operational GM, Senior Manager, Estate Manager, and other relevant parties.
• Review program achievements (production, maintenance, fertilization, etc.) and provide input on issues encountered.
• Present accurate analysis results to help management in decision-making.
• Conduct quality control of data and the methods of data collection/sources used by the admin team.
