One of our brand, “ATM Bersama” is the pioneer of the first and largest electronic payment system service in Indonesia, which has been connected with more than 90 member financial institutions, both Banks and Non-Banks (Fintech, etc) in Indonesia. As we continue to innovate, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Develop, test, and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical models.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Business, Technology) to understand challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
• Design and build data pipelines and processes for data collection, processing, and analysis.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise insights and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Support data-driven decision making by creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Continuously research and apply new data science methodologies to improve performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 2+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Strong skills in SQL and experience with databases.
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Good understanding of statistical methods, data mining techniques, and predictive analytics.
• Strong problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the banking, fintech, or payment industry.
• Knowledge of big data tools and frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
