PT. Universal Agri Bisnisindo sedang membuka posisi Data Analyst untuk mengelola data produksi dan operasional. Anda akan membangun dashboard dan laporan menggunakan Power BI atau Tableau, serta menganalisis tren untuk mendukung keputusan manajemen.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan Excel tingkat lanjut (termasuk VBA dan Power Query), SQL, serta kemampuan statistik yang kuat. Pengalaman di sektor pakan ternak menjadi nilai tambah yang signifikan.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 di MIS/Sistem Informasi/Matematika/Statistik/Ilmu Komputer/Manajemen Bisnis.
• Pengalaman 1–3 tahun sebagai Data Analyst khususnya di industri manufaktur.

Responsibilities

• Mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber, memastikan akurasi dan kelengkapan.
• Mengelola basis data atau repositori data sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.
• Menganalisis data untuk mengidentifikasi tren, pola, hubungan, dan wawasan bisnis.

Job description

Collect data from various sources and ensure that the data is accurate and complete.

Manage and maintain databases or data repositories according to business needs.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, relationships, and business insights.

Create and develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making.

Monitor and evaluate data and key performance indicators (KPIs) according to company requirements.

Collaborate with various departments to understand data and analytical requirements.

Requirement:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, specifically within the manufacturing industry (experience in Feed mill sectors is a huge advantage).

Highly proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query, complex formulas) to handle dense and complex data sheets.

Possess strong analytical and statistical skills, the ability to bridge communication between technical teams and management, and a strong drive to continuously grow with the company.

Strong technical expertise in:

Data Visualization & BI: Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Database & Querying: SQL (Structured Query Language).

Programming: Python or R for statistical analysis.
