Objective: Ensure the availability of a comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible research database.
- Collect and compile data required for economic research activities.
- Regularly update and validate research datasets.
- Develop and maintain an organized database that supports research and analytical needs.
2. Research Methodology Development
Objective: Enhance research quality through continuous improvement of analytical frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with the Economics Team to develop quantitative models (econometric and statistical models) relevant to research objectives.
- Review and analyze national and international academic journals and publications related to economic issues, analysis, and modeling.
- Identify and adopt best practices in research methodologies and analytical techniques.
Objective: Support the company's development impact function through primary data collection and survey-based analysis.
- Design and participate in survey planning and implementation activities.
- Develop survey methodologies and research instruments.
- Conduct Full Impact Evaluation analyses based on survey results in collaboration with the team.
4. Economic Impact Assessment & Reporting
Objective: Assess and measure the socio-economic impacts of selected projects financed by the company.
- Participate in research planning and impact evaluation activities.
- Conduct socio-economic impact measurements and analyses.
- Coordinate technically with external consultants and third parties during project implementation.
- Prepare and draft socio-economic impact assessment reports and research findings.

- Ability to present and communicate analytical findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of standard office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in related major
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in database management, data analysis, and economic research within a research institution, think tank, consulting firm, development organization, or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of Statistics and Econometrics.
- Proficiency in data processing and statistical/econometric software.
- Solid understanding of Microeconomics and Macroeconomics concepts.
- Strong interest in economic modeling and quantitative analysis.
- Experience in economic research and database management.
- Experience in survey-based research and survey data management.
- Ability to utilize quantitative tools for data processing and analysis.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive research analysis and translate findings into actionable insights and knowledge products.
- Strong technical writing skills for preparing research reports, insight papers, policy briefs, and analytical publications.
- Knowledge of economic impact assessment methodologies, such as Input-Output Analysis, Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) Models, or other economic impact evaluation frameworks, will be an advantage.
