Data Analyst

Drive process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to GDP aspects and guidelines by developing, maintaining, and updating procedures and work instructions (WI).

Analyze existing processes to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Work closely with stakeholders to align process improvements with business objectives.

Utilize Microsoft 365 collaboration tools to facilitate efficient communication and documentation.

Conduct data analysis using advanced Excel techniques to support decision-making and process optimization.

Initiate digitalization project to perform improvement processes.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvements and ensure sustainable outcomes.

Provide training and guidance to relevant teams on process improvements and quality compliance.

Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.

Requirement :

1. Preferable experience in the Life Science industry processes.
2. Advanced skills in Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
3. Strong background in Quality, procedural documentation, and work instruction (WI) creation and maintenance.
4. Hands-on experience in process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.
