Responsibilities

• Lead account, category & budget management in the category you are manage.
• Deliver business target by developing end to end sales plan, collaboration with respective parties, monitor business operations, processes, and people capability in the category & channel that you are handle
• Identify risk and opportunities by assess customer strategies data, performance in store, shopper & competitor trends and behaviors.
• Proactive share insight and recommendation action for both internal & external stakeholder
• End to end promotion management starting from precision sales & budget planning, excellence execution, comprehensive review & monitoring and OTIF administration processes.
• Responsible to coordinate and monitor execution for OSA, new product speed to shelf, placement and promotion
• Integrate company/channel strategy and category into Customer Marketing Plan
• Champion for order monitoring total home care.

Experience & Qualification
