Avanade Indonesia seeks an ERP Finance Lead to drive a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations workstream across Southeast Asia. You will partner with clients to define requirements, lead workshops, and align solutions with business processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as a finance consultant.
• 4+ years of experience as a Finance lead for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong understanding of core and extended functionality in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience leading workstreams and collaborating with customer counterparts.
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders on status and progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead a workstream in requirements definition through build and deployment of D365 F&O.
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead SEA Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations finance projects and grow the business.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to solution new projects.
• Lead local/nearshore and offshore teams to deliver D365 F&O Finance for customers.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business processes.
• Elicit, document and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Own and manage the requirements process with approvals, communication, traceability and reuse.
• Lead client workshops, analyze business processes, and design solutions for gaps.
• Prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints.
• Support key-users during UAT to ensure system meets expectations.

Summary

As an ERP Finance Lead, you will be a trusted advisor to clients, leading a functional workstream through the implementation of complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner, with a focus on innovation, leadership, and delivering high-impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• This role is responsible for leading a workstream in the definition and collection of requirements through to the build and deployment of the solution in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• A client centric attitude and excellent interpersonal skills are required to lead and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Be one of the leaders in our Southeast Asia (SEA) Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team You will be both leading our finance projects across SEA and growing the business.
• Working closely with the practice leadership by providing your skills to solution new projects.
• Be the leader for both a local/nearshore team, and a offshore team to deliver on D365 F&O Finance for our customers, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with the business processes.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders using your experience of industry, technology and best practices to achieve the best outcomes.
• Own and manage the requirements process, ensuring approval, communication, traceability, and re-use.
• Lead client workshops, analyse business process decomposition, and design solutions for application and process gaps.
• Prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints.
• Support key-users during user acceptance testing, addressing issues and ensuring the system meets client expectations.

Skills and experiences

Finance industry background is highly desirable (ACCA, CPA)

• Min 7+ Years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as a finance consultant.
• 4+ Years of experience as a Finance lead for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong understanding of core and extended functionality in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience leading workstreams, collaborating tightly with the counterpart at the customer.
• Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders as it relates to status and progress on projects.
• Strong consulting and client-facing experience from an implementation partner.
• Able to learn and adapt to Avanade delivery tools and methodology.
• Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Finance certifications are a plus.
