Job summary

Avanade Inc. is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O specialist to design, develop, and document ERP modules and architecture across Dynamics 365 Finance, Power Platform, and related Microsoft business apps.

You will mentor juniors and collaborate with functional consultants to deliver robust solutions that meet client needs. The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and a second language such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia as a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in one or more areas: D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commerce.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Familiarity with Azure services and integration technologies (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).
• Experience in data migration, security modeling, and user adoption planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Second working language to English such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust ERP modules and extensions in D365 Finance & Operations.
• Design and document system architecture that includes Dynamics 365, Power Platform and other Microsoft business applications.
• Create and enforce structure to ensure documentation and high quality of technical deliverables.
• Analyze requirements and contribute to the solution design from a technical perspective.
• Evaluate and implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations together with Power Platform to provide our clients with the best technical solution.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants during analysis and design.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members
