Job description

P-MOVE is a program designed to develop great contributors within teams and organizations. This program provides a comprehensive overview of our business and operations, focusing on roles in the fields of engineering and operations. What will you do?

1. Participate in a structured training program that includes classroom learning, on-the-job training, and mentoring.
2. Be placed through different departments within the company such as engineering or operations.
3. Complete assigned projects/products and tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Develop a strong understanding of our products, processes, and business.

Qualifications:

• Diploma Degree (D3) in: IT/Information Management, Mechatronics/Industrial Electronics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduate or 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willing to be placed in Karawang Area.
