Qualifications

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with the Cycle Planning Manager to strategize promotional/media planning across various assets (Outdoor Media, Trade Outstore & Instore, and Consumer Activation Programs)
  2. Coordinating and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and execution plans
  3. Gathering and analyzing data to inform resource planning decisions and adapt to market changes
  4. Monitoring and consolidating the Promotional Budget Plan, Utilization, and Performance in Consumer Activation channels
  5. Tracking and analyzing data related to Consumer Activation programs

Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Trade Marketing, Media Planning, or Promotion Planning
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and data analysis
  • Experience in analysis and field execution is preferred
