PT Indonesia Optic Technology is seeking a Sales Manager with expertise in cybersecurity sales to develop and implement tailored partner strategies, analyze market trends, and expand the partner network. The role requires a proven track record in achieving sales targets and strong relationship management skills. · Collaborating with partners to generate demand and identify sales opportunities (e.g., co-developing proposals, hosting customer seminars).
· Analyzing product competitiveness compared to competitors and delivering partner feedback to the product development team.
· Monitoring market trends and preparing data-driven reports to adjust partner strategies.
· Expanding the partner network by identifying, evaluating, and signing agreements with new partners.
· Developing and implementing tailored partner strategies based on region and industry (e.g., selecting specialized partners for financial/public sectors).
· Setting annual and quarterly partner revenue goals and creating execution plans to achieve them.
· Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to strengthen relationships with existing partners.
· Organizing product training, technical support, and sales training programs for partners.
· Planning joint marketing activities (webinars, seminars, trial programs) and supporting the development of marketing materials.
· Working closely with marketing, sales, and technical support teams to effectively address partner needs.
· Aligning with global partner programs to implement standard guidelines in the region.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, IT security, or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, solutions, and market trends.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
· Experience working with enterprise customers and government agencies in Indonesia.
· Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to travel as required.
