Role Overview: Cyber Security Operation

This role is part of the cybersecurity team, reporting to the team lead. You will operate and manage security technologies, perform regular security assessments, and collaborate with engineers and product owners to maintain product security and resilience.

This position involves process improvements, handling requests from other teams, managing communication for fixes and patches, and participating in internal processes like penetration testing and incident response.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze potential incidents and vulnerabilities from various channels.
  2. Lead the cybersecurity incident response team, managing incidents from detection to resolution, ensuring SLA compliance.
  3. Review and improve cybersecurity operational processes, documentation, and reports.
  4. Engage stakeholders to provide security recommendations and requirements.
  5. Achieve personal and team KPIs with minimal supervision.
  6. Lead the Cyber Security Incident Response team.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity-related roles.
  2. Passionate about cybersecurity trends and technologies.
  3. Experience with security monitoring and protection tools (SIEM, scanners, cloud, and container security).
  4. Experience analyzing security scanner results, recommending mitigations, and following up on vulnerabilities.
  5. Experience analyzing incident logs and determining appropriate responses.
  6. Participation in an incident response team.
  7. Strong analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills.
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
