Job summary

Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to strengthen the security of its payment infrastructure. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls across network, infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.

You will monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities, and support vulnerability assessments, remediation activities, and security tooling management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT Security, Security Operations, Security Engineering, or a related role.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls across network, infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and support penetration testing and remediation activities.
• Manage and optimize security tools such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, and Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and DevOps teams to implement security practices throughout the system lifecycle.
• Support security risk assessments, regulatory audits, and compliance with standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI DSS.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, procedures, and technical recommendations.
• Stay up to date with emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend continuous security improvements.

About the Role

This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls, monitoring security threats, managing vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with industry security standards to protect mission-critical systems and digital payment services.

• Strong understanding of network security, operating systems, cloud security, and modern application security concepts.
• Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, or Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring.
• Knowledge of security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, or CIS Controls is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or SSCP are preferred.
