Job description

PT Transcosmos Indonesia, a joint venture between Transcosmos Inc. and CBN (a member of the Salim Group), is a Global Digital Transformation Partner in Customer Experience Solutions and Digital Marketing Solutions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct competitor benchmarking and research to support platform improvement.

Analyze NPS, PSAT, surveys, and social media feedback to identify root causes and suggest enhancements.

Assist in preparing insights and recommendations through structured reports.

Review user feedback entries and communication materials to ensure clarity and quality.

Manage customer feedback by categorizing issues, raising tickets, and following up until resolution.

Support UAT for new features and projects (up to 5/month), including UI flow reviews and bug identification.

Coordinate with local and regional teams for project planning, go-live readiness, and process improvements.

Provide research support for ad hoc studies, including recruitment and documentation during interviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandatory).

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital ecosystems.

Solid understanding of customer care operations and service processes.

Hands-on experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including reviewing UI/UX and communication materials.

Proven experience in desk research and competitor benchmarking.

Exposure to data analytics, project management, or e-commerce is a plus.
