Job description

PT. Konecranes Material Handling Indonesia is looking for CW Project Specialist 3 placement Pekanbaru (Contract Under Outsource).

Position summary:

To manage and handle orders of industrial services, especially retrofit and modernization of various product overhead travelling cranes, within the country coverage area.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Providing support within the country for all Branches (West, Central, and East) regarding project execution of SP22M and SP27, as assigned by the direct manager.
2. Providing weekly reports regarding project execution progress of SP22M and SP27.
3. Developing project plans/schedules and monitoring the progress.
4. Preparing project documentation in accordance with customer requirements as stated in the contract or customer order, up to the Minutes of project completion signed by the customer.
5. Coordinating with customers regarding project planning and scheduling.
6. Coordinating with sales, branch operations, support teams, as well as vendors/suppliers/sub-contractors appointed by the purchasing team regarding project execution.
7. Carrying out all work activities by implementing standard company procedures.
8. Collaborating with internal and external parties to maintain business opportunities that provide benefits for the company.
9. Maintaining tools/equipment and safety outfits.
10. Attending and carrying out training scheduled by the company.
11. Implementing work safety regulatory standards in carrying out work accompanied by safety analysis which is included in 5-S.
12. Carrying out any other duties assigned and directed by superiors.
13. Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards.

1. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or relevant engineering background.
2. Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in a similar position.
3. Fully equipped with SHEQ knowledge and understanding of its legislation.
4. Minimum basic computer literacy on Microsoft Office.
5. English language skills.
6. Behaving according to the highest ethical standards.
