Job description

PT. Konecranes Material Handling Indonesia is looking for CW Field Service Technician placement Jakarta (Contract Under Outsource).

Position summary:

To perform site technical support for installation, testing, and commissioning of various products of overhead travelling cranes, including retrofit and modernization works, within the country coverage area.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. To perform and support installation, testing, and commissioning of any customer order managed by the site supervisor for various products of overhead cranes, including retrofit and modernization, and repair works.
  2. To perform and support site inspection.
  3. To attend and support factory acceptance tests.
  4. To coordinate with appointed sub-contractors related to installation and commissioning works.
  5. To coordinate with all internal stakeholders for the successful delivery of the customer order.
  6. To complete and provide proper electronic and/or printed documentation utilizing the established company tools (if applicable).
  7. To participate in development programs to improve both hard skills and soft skills.
  8. To complete service reports and other required and appropriate documents in a professional, accurate, neat, and legible manner and submit them in a timely manner in accordance with established guidelines.
  9. To maintain all company-issued equipment, vehicles, and assets in a safe and proper working order. Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. Notify the supervisor of any deficiencies for resolution.
  10. To follow all established safety rules and procedures, including those established by the customer.
  11. To be fully aware of and comply with current responsibilities and requirements of the relevant OHS Acts Regulations and applicable Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
  12. To report all hazards, incidents, and injuries in accordance with legislation and company reporting procedures.
  13. To participate in programs and assessments to improve health and safety in the workplace.
  14. To execute all functions in line with the applicable delegation of authority.
  15. To perform other duties as assigned.
  16. Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards.

What we are looking for in you:

  1. Minimum Vocational School Major Subject in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Control, or Mechatronics.
  2. Minimum 3 (three) years field service experience in Overhead Cranes fully equipped with SHEQ knowledge and understanding of its legislation.
  3. Minimum Basic computer literacy on Microsoft Office.
  4. English Language Skills will be an advantage.
  5. Behaves according to the highest ethical standards.
  6. Thinks in terms of profit and loss.
  7. Anticipates and responds to the needs of customers.
  8. Takes responsibility and drives performance.
  9. Makes timely, well-informed, effective decisions.

Willing to be hired under outsourcing.

Willing to be located in Jakarta or project assignment around Indonesia.
