岗位职责 / Responsibilities

Handle import/export customs clearance in Indonesia, ensure compliance with local customs regulations (e.g. HS codes, duty calculations, import restriction lists); coordinate with customs and quarantine officers for smooth clearance; resolve issues such as inspections, holds, and tax disputes.

Receive customer orders (import/export/domestic), coordinate with clients, forwarders, shipping lines and airlines for booking and real-time cargo tracking (e.g. container no., AWB). Communicate and troubleshoot delays, inspections or tariff-related issues proactively.

负责印尼进出口货物的报关与放行流程；熟悉当地海关法规（包括HS编码、关税计算、进口限制清单等），与海关及检疫部门保持良好沟通，确保合规快速通关；处理关税缴纳、退税与查验扣货等异常情况；

跟进客户订单（进出口/本地运输），与客户、货代、船公司或航空公司沟通协调，安排订舱并实时追踪货物状态（如海运集装箱号、空运运单号）；若遇异常（如延误、查验、关税争议等），及时汇报并提供解决方案。

任职要求 / Requirements

Indonesian citizen, hold Customs Certification (mandatory); fluent in English;

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in cross-border logistics and customs operations.

必须持有报关员证（强制要求），可流利使用英语；具备至少1年以上跨境物流行业经验，熟悉报关流程与进出口操作规范。

All figures are gross salary (before BPJS contributions). Inclusion of 13th-month bonus and performance incentives is subject to company policy.
