A leading company in Jakarta is seeking a dedicated individual for customer support and EXIM roles. Responsibilities include managing customer orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in English, with Japanese as a plus. Responsibility - EXIM & Customer Support
1. Customer Support & Supply Chain from A to Z from receive PO until goods delivered to Customer's door
2. Supporting Exim department or team in various capacities
3. Prepare and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures 4. Coordinating and communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and forwarder to ensure prompt and proper movement of goods
5. Coordinate the payment of freight and duty charges to relevant parties
6. Receive PO from customer & create PO to supplier
7. Update delivery schedule, receive the goods, arrange delivery to bonded or non-bonded customer and prepare document needed.
8. Review and prepare sales & purchase agreement, create warranty letter and create project completion document (BAST)
9. Register customer & supplier master data, purchase item master data, project item master data
10. Support sales team for tracking purchase & sales data history, contract etc and ensuring all the document and data is valid
11. Scanning and filling all the DO or document that come to Sunwa
12. Responsible for back up for urgent matter for the CS & EXIM Team
13. Stock taking (monthly & yearly) and arrange stock Opname Schedule and ensure the actual goods same as data in the system
Responsibility - General Affair
1. Providing a variety of support services for employees and company
2. Keep all company's permit document, legal document & company regulation document secured and updated.
3. Coordinate with finance team to submit LKPM report every 3 months in OSS website
4. Handling expatriate work permit documentation such as (KITAS,Visa, etc)
5. Retrieve & check fingerprint absent before submitting to HR team (monthly basis)
6. Checking staff reimbursement data before submitting to accounting and finance team (monthly basis)
7. Coordinate and communicate with vendor relating to office consumption supply, car management, office boy task, IT problem etc.
Qualifications
1. Minimum D3/S1 in any field
2. Female, Max 32years old
3. Familiar with shipping procedures and documents
4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
5. Disciplined, detail-oriented, Excellent organizational and time-management skills
6. Business-level English proficiency ( able to write & speak japanese is a strong advantage)
7. Able to work under pressure and fast response for the urgent matter.
8. Proactive and supporting other team when necessary needed.
