Job Description
  • Answer incoming support tickets and online chat requests from our customers, and be comfortable with face-to-face interactions.
  • Resolve technical issues, including debugging customer sites to aid in problem resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Know company products thoroughly to answer customer questions effectively.
  • Update the company's internal ticketing system with information on technical issues, discussions, or useful feedback from customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are resolved.
Requirements
Qualifications
  • Min 1-2 years of experience as Customer Support/Service or related position. Experience in E-Commerce or Warehouse Management is a significant advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with good internship or organizational experience are welcome to apply.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Attention to detail and logical thinking.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical problems to customers.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills.
