Responsibilities
  • Handle user inquiries and complaints through Whatsapp Group/phone call/email
  • Ensure user satisfaction through feedback and solution
  • Inform user in case of website maintenance or any problems occurred
  • Monitor hard complaints and communicate with CS Team to reach out user and provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Aware about SOP and Product Updates
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Tax or equivalent
  • Having a Brevet Certification is a plus point
  • People-oriented, proactive, and communicative
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
