Job Description

  • Handle user inquiries and complaints through live chat/phone call/email
  • Ensure user satisfaction through feedback and solution
  • Inform user in case of website maintenance or any problems occurred
  • Monitor hard complaints and communicate with CS Team to reach out user and provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Aware about SOP and Product Updates

Requirements

  • 1 year of related working experience as Customer Support. Fresh graduates from Accounting / Finance are also welcome to apply
  • Good Accounting knowledge is a must
  • People-oriented, proactive, and communicative
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good personality
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
