Responsibilities
  • Join a vibrant and innovative team, valuing independence, flexibility and personal growth.
  • As an Account Manager in the Customer Success Team (Direct), manage existing customer subscriptions, renewals, retention and satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer pain points in their management software and provide or upsell Odoo solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Serve as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
  • Build long-term relationships with your customer portfolio and excel in transversal sales and product demonstrations.
  • Primary focus: 80% on sales (renewals and upsell opportunities).
MUST HAVE
  • Min. Bachelor degree or higher
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Excellent communicator; skilled negotiator; targets-oriented
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, business management software and the tech industry
