Responsibilities
- Join a vibrant and innovative team, valuing independence, flexibility and personal growth.
- As an Account Manager in the Customer Success Team (Direct), manage existing customer subscriptions, renewals, retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer pain points in their management software and provide or upsell Odoo solutions to improve efficiency.
- Serve as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
- Build long-term relationships with your customer portfolio and excel in transversal sales and product demonstrations.
- Primary focus: 80% on sales (renewals and upsell opportunities).
MUST HAVE
- Min. Bachelor degree or higher
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Excellent communicator; skilled negotiator; targets-oriented
- Strong knowledge of ERP, business management software and the tech industry
- Proactive and sales-driven mindset
- Organized with strong problem-solving skills
NICE TO HAVE
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales and/or account management
- Immediate availability
