Job Descriptions:
  1. Maintain high levels of customer engagement (including on-site meetings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Work proactively with your accounts to drive product adoption and act as the voice of clients.
  3. Identify and resolve issues that could impact customer satisfaction or retention.
  4. Facilitate periodic reviews with customers to determine new requirements and ensure ongoing success through engaging and consultative discussions.
  5. Gather feedback from clients and collaborate directly with the product team to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years of relevant experience; prior experience in account management roles in SaaS companies is a plus.
  2. Background in Accounting, Business, or Marketing is preferable.
  3. Driven and self-motivated; you excel without needing external push.
  4. Eager to learn, adapt, and improve your work; proactive in seeking help and applying feedback.
  5. Dedicated to helping and serving customers, understanding that their success leads to your success.
  6. Prior experience in Customer Success or similar roles that increase customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  7. Process-oriented, empathetic, and an excellent communicator.
  8. Strong problem-solving and consultative skills.
  9. Passionate about working with clients and committed to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  10. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
