Job Descriptions:
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement (including on-site meetings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work proactively with your accounts to drive product adoption and act as the voice of clients.
- Identify and resolve issues that could impact customer satisfaction or retention.
- Facilitate periodic reviews with customers to determine new requirements and ensure ongoing success through engaging and consultative discussions.
- Gather feedback from clients and collaborate directly with the product team to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience; prior experience in account management roles in SaaS companies is a plus.
- Background in Accounting, Business, or Marketing is preferable.
- Driven and self-motivated; you excel without needing external push.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and improve your work; proactive in seeking help and applying feedback.
- Dedicated to helping and serving customers, understanding that their success leads to your success.
- Prior experience in Customer Success or similar roles that increase customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Process-oriented, empathetic, and an excellent communicator.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative skills.
- Passionate about working with clients and committed to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
