Job description

Drive business growth by acquiring, managing, and developing clients in the HORECA sector. Promote products and services, achieve sales targets, and build strong, lasting relationships with key accounts in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and related businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential customers in the HORECA sector.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Promote company products/services tailored to HORECA needs.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to meet client needs.

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HORECA sector.

Strong understanding of HORECA operations and purchasing processes.
