A financial institution in Yogyakarta is seeking a Customer Service – Video Banking Officer. Requirements:
• Minimum education: Diploma (D3), Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferred
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Excellent communication skills: clear, systematic, easy to understand, and with a pleasant/smiling voice
• Neutral accent (minimal local accent)
