Teleperformance Indonesia is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jogjakarta. This role will handle customer inquiries via e-mail and live chat. If you’re a native or fluent Thai speaker with strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries via e-mail and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
• Native or fluent in Thai (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
• Willing to relocate to Jogjakarta, Indonesia.
Work Schedule:
• 5 working days, 2 days off per week
• 9 hours per day (including 1 hour break)
• Rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays
