Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Have good knowledge about the company's products or services to guide customers towards making a purchase.
  2. Communicate with customers via online chat to promote sales.
  3. Respond to inquiries via telephone and internet; handle orders through the website and phone.
  4. Manage company websites such as Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
  5. Arrange shipping and classify logistics deliveries to ensure proper order processing.
  6. Record shipping orders accurately.
  7. Handle customer orders, payments, and follow up on logistics status.
  8. Address customer complaints and feedback, including returns and exchanges.
  9. Identify potential customers and agents.
  10. Support the marketing team by providing ideas and discussing sales strategies.
  11. Monitor network promotion layouts to ensure customers can easily see the latest promotions and products.
  12. Achieve group sales goals.
  13. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least an SPM or equivalent qualification.
  2. Proficient in computer skills.
  3. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; must be able to speak and read Mandarin.
  4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  6. Willing to work in Nusajaya (near Bukit Indah), Johor, Malaysia.
