Job Description
  • Handle complaints, delivery issues, and inquiries via ticketing system efficiently.
  • Investigate claims and arbitration cases to ensure fair results.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with timely, empathetic, solution-driven responses.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and support teams on recurring issues.
  • Record and track interactions, complaints, and resolutions per company standards.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve service processes.
  • Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major, with minimum 1 year experience in customer service (logistics/e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with tactful handling of sensitive situations.
  • Knowledge in complaint handling, conflict resolution, and customer service operations.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays; able to work independently or in a team.
