Job description

The Customer Service & Sales Administration role is pivotal in ensuring seamless interactions with our clients, both online and offline. By managing e-commerce platforms, handling direct showroom sales, and maintaining meticulous administrative records, this position supports our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to our reputation as a trusted provider of comprehensive coffee solutions in Indonesia.

Qualifications:

  1. Male / Female
  2. Minimum education: Diploma (D3)
  3. Experience in retail or handling e-commerce is preferred
  4. Able to handle administrative tasks in an organized manner
  5. Able to work collaboratively in a team
  6. Detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

E-Commerce & Product Management Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and handle sales through e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.) including direct showroom sales
  2. Regularly update product listings and prices on e-commerce platforms
  3. Optimize product display with engaging and informative descriptions
  4. Ensure stock availability and synchronize stock levels between e-commerce and the showroom

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  1. Provide responsive and friendly customer service, both online (chat, email, WhatsApp) and offline in the showroom
  2. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, prices, stock availability, and purchase policies
  3. Handle customer complaints professionally with appropriate solutions
  4. Build good relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat orders

Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately manage and record sales transactions (both online and offline)
  2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for performance evaluation
  3. Generate inventory reports and coordinate with the warehouse team for restocking
  4. Compile and manage administrative documents related to sales and customer service
  5. Oversee order shipments and ensure smooth logistics operations

Additional (Nice to Have) Skills:

  1. Manage promotional and discount programs to boost sales
  2. Understand basic digital marketing strategies to support e-commerce sales
  3. Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to monitor customer interactions
