Job summary

Glints in Batam is seeking a customer-facing teammate who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will communicate with customers via phone, email and chat to understand needs and convert inquiries into passionate evangelists.

You will work with internal departments to meet customer needs, provide knowledgeable answers about product, pricing and availability, and perform data entry across multiple platforms to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
