About Our Client



We are currently representing one of our client that are working in the steel business who is currently looking to expand their team

Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end sales administration, including Sales Contracts, Purchase Orders, and Shipping Documents
  • Manage import documentation and custom clearance processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations (including import permit for Steel)
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor inventory, delivery schedules, and ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery arrangements, and after-sales support
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, shipments, and regulatory documentation
  • Assist the Sales team in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Work closely with external stakeholders (freight forwarders, customs brokers, government authorities) to ensure efficient import and delivery processes
  • Support compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and industry standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration, import/export, or logistics coordination (experience in steel industry is a plus)
  • Familiar with customs clearance procedures and import regulations, especially SPI Besi & Baja
  • Hands-on experience with SAP B1 or other ERP systems preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
