Job Description: Sales Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategies and guidance to the online customer service team to close sales.
- Map sales targets and marketing strategies to the sales and marketing departments.
- Coach team members to improve performance.
- Understand directives from the General Manager to implement across the sales team.
- Report and be responsible to the direct supervisor for leading the sales team.
- Possess leadership skills to motivate the team.
- Analyze market conditions and develop sales strategies.
- Design and present clear and informative sales reports.
- Willing to be stationed in Pare, Kediri – East Java (WFO and Full Time).
Additional Information:
- Working hours are from 07:30 to 16:00 with a 90-minute break.
- Mess accommodation provided for those from outside Pare.
- Lunch is provided.
