Job description

Job Description: Sales Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategies and guidance to the online customer service team to close sales.
  2. Map sales targets and marketing strategies to the sales and marketing departments.
  3. Coach team members to improve performance.
  4. Understand directives from the General Manager to implement across the sales team.
  5. Report and be responsible to the direct supervisor for leading the sales team.
  6. Possess leadership skills to motivate the team.
  7. Analyze market conditions and develop sales strategies.
  8. Design and present clear and informative sales reports.
  9. Willing to be stationed in Pare, Kediri – East Java (WFO and Full Time).

Additional Information:

  • Working hours are from 07:30 to 16:00 with a 90-minute break.
  • Mess accommodation provided for those from outside Pare.
  • Lunch is provided.
