Job description

Criterias & Requirements:

  1. Able to speak English with minimum passive communication. Clear articulation in speaking Bahasa Indonesia.
  2. D3/S1 with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
  3. Customer service skills, with the ability to communicate with empathy, a friendly tone, and a passion to help.
  4. Experience in selling (selling skills).
  5. Experience as a Customer Service, with a maximum of 2 years.
  6. Accustomed to working with targets and in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Typing skills of at least 50 WPM with a minimum accuracy of 90%.
  8. Attention to detail is very important.
  9. Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  10. Familiar with operating social media, answering comments, handling phone calls, and direct communication with customers as a frontliner.
  11. Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
  12. Able to join soon (within 1 week after offer), more than 2 weeks not allowed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Guide consumers and partners in using our products.
  2. Manage service inquiries and disputes from consumers and partners.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partner base.
  4. Maintain good relationships and community-building efforts with consumers and partners.
  5. Support projects across all verticals including registration, acquisition, sales transactions, and conduct training.
  6. Educate consumers and partners on company's products, promotional campaigns, and troubleshooting issues.
  7. Resolve consumer and partner problems quickly and effectively with empathy and care.
  8. Perform administrative tasks involving partner accounts (e.g., credit top-up, updating partner information).
