Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably less than 1 year of experience specialized in Customer Service, Call Center, or equivalent.
Good communication skills, a smiling voice, and proficiency in English is a plus.
Having knowledge in telecommunication technology is preferred.

Connect directly with customers via telephone, email, and WhatsApp.
Provide customer service for walk-in customers.
Serve and handle customer needs related to products and services offered or used by customers.
Handle customer complaints properly and correctly.
Help offer and explain products and services to customers.
Assist in organizing customer administration by system.
Manage CRM and customer data (data quality).
