Job Description

The Customer Service (CS) Professional manages order follow-up and customer service, supporting sales activities and ensuring order processing, on-time delivery, and complete order fulfillment. This role differs from internal sales in its focus on supporting customer needs rather than direct selling.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing timely responses.
  • Coordinating with sales, production, and other departments for delivery.
  • Handling complaints according to company procedures and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Maintaining updated customer profiles and sharing knowledge on products and processes.
  • Proposing improvements to order and operational processes.
  • Supporting management with sales-related activities.
  • Managing accounts with regard to order processing, pricing, and delivery.
  • Authorizing credit memos/refunds within policy.
  • Championing customer needs and following up on inquiries.
  • Providing order management support, including expediting shipments.
  • Understanding RBIS solutions, products, manufacturing processes, and garment production timelines.
  • Ensuring safety and 5S practices are followed.
  • Driving action and execution.
