Job Descriptions:
- Giving the accurate information to support merchant and customer in terms of understanding products and services of Qpon.
- Identify, handle, and solve the merchants' and customer complaints in the manner time & effectively.
- Giving updates about new products, services changes, or promotions to merchants and customers.
- Report and documenting the most appear troubles for data analyzing and suggest the improvement of product.
- Know how Qpon products and services work in order to provide technical assistance if needed.
- Allow standard operation procedures of customer service scope that has been set up by the company.
- Ensure that all merchant and customer information is kept confidential in accordance with company policy.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all forms of interaction, both internal and external.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance through customer feedback and service metrics to continuously improve service quality.
- Proactively identify the potential trouble/complaints and suggest the solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Min. bachelor's degree from all majors. Preferably from communication, management, or related field.
- Min. 1 year working experience in customer service/relations.
- Understand and familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace/similar social media application in serving the customers.
- Having a good communication both of written and spoken.
- Actively giving the right solutions to customer.
- Able to analyze data of customer and merchant complaints to increase the services.
