Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in a dynamic and innovative technology company.

You will be the first point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, ensuring they receive excellent support and smooth communication. You will also work closely with our operations, tech, and content teams to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and help clients maximize their use of our livestreaming solutions.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (and English where needed)

Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication to clients and partners

Assist in onboarding new users and explaining product features

Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Provide feedback to improve customer experience and product usability

Support occasional translation tasks for internal documents and product materials

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or final-year student (any major) — prior experience is a plus but not required

Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) and Bahasa Indonesia; basic English preferred
