A leading customer service provider in Bali is looking for a Customer Service Hospitality - Malaysian Speaker. This role involves answering calls, chats, and emails, providing service information, and handling customer inquiries. Candidates must speak Malaysian actively and have at least a senior high school education. The position offers an incentive, holiday payments, and health benefits.
Answering incoming calls, chats, and responding to emails.
Handling customer inquiries by email and social media.
Providing customers with product and service information.
Identifying and escalating priority issues.
Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Completing all call logs.
Updating customer profiles in the computer.
Conducting customer surveys to ascertain the level of customer service.
Minimum senior high school and D3 in any major.
Experience: minimum 1 year (for senior high school graduates)
Fresh graduates are welcome (for minimum D3).
Able to speak Malaysian (active).
Communicative.
Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
