Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, chats, and respond to emails
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and social media
  • Provide accurate product and service information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Document all call information according to SOP
  • Complete call logs and update customer profiles
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Qualifications
