Teleperformance Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service Consultant with a Nurse background for our Bali site.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in nursing or any related fields with a minimum diploma or bachelor, with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
  • English skills are a must (minimum C1/C2).
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
  • Cooperate with the implementation of project delivery, monitor team service quality and efficiency, and promote the achievement of KPIs.
  • Highly sensitive to customer complaints, able to anticipate and properly handle unexpected situations.
  • Willing to be placed in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of inbound (and on occasion, outbound) calls in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide assistance to Patients, Health Professionals, and others contacting the business by telephone: may provide direct assistance or take messages and direct calls to the appropriate party.
  • Provide quality customer service at all times.
  • Encourage a customer service focus in all members of staff.
